Weekend Wedding!

Over the weekend, we packed up the kids and headed to Isle of Palms, South Carolina to attend a wedding of a close family friend. Even though the weather was cold and rainy on Friday it was a beautiful day on Saturday. There were some sprinkles right before the actual ceremony but the rain held off until later that night. The rain drops gave everyone a scare, but it paid off with a wonderful rainbow right over the wedding site during the ceremony. It was a beautiful ceremony and we couldn’t be happier for Valerie and Simms. Valerie and Simms just after their vows!

The wedding and the weekend were a lot of fun. It was nice spending some quality time with family and seeing some old friends again. Also, I just love the Isle of Palms! There are some great shops, restaurants and bars to visit and even though we didn’t spend a lot of time on the beach this trip, it is a good one!
