Henry is 22 months old today!

Wow, time really flies! I can’t believe that my little man is now 22 months old! I guess with the first child you really pay attention to every week and month but with the second it isn’t that big of a deal. Of course the day of their birth will be as important, but the monthly tally isn’t that important anymore. With Mac, we counted weeks, months and now years. We made a big deal every month when the 24th rolled around. Now with Henry, we usually don’t think about it until after the 6th has past. Also, now that he is walking and talking, we pretty much think he is a lot older than he really is. He seems to be so far ahead of where Mac was at this time that we just think he is as old as Mac was when he started hitting some milestones. But they say the second and third kids do things so much quicker than the first since they have role models their size to watch and learn from. So we (Meg and I) need to keep in mind that Henry is still a baby. He is not quite 2 years old yet and even though he seems to be ready for school, he is wearing clothes that Mac wore this time last year, and he as even started going to the potty now (sometimes), he is still a baby. He is a big baby, but still a baby. Here is a recent photo of the little guy!
