Coming up in October the Breast Cancer 3-day benefiting Susan G. Koman for the cure foundation will take place in Atlanta. Again there are some friends of ours that are going to be walking in honor of Meg and others that have been affected by this horrible cancer. Our friends Kelly and Sarah have signed up for the 3-day, 60-mile walk and need your support to raise money that goes towards finding a cure. Kelly was one of our friends that walked last year and did an amazing job of raising money and walking the miles. This is a wonderful gesture in support of Meg and the others that are currently going through treatments or are survivors. But more importantly, this is a great effort to raise money to help find a cure and keep from women getting this disease in the future. An estimated 182,480 new cases of invasive breast cancer are expected to be diagnosed in American women during 2008.
