Spring Skiing!

Even though it is getting warmer here in the south and spring has sprung, the higher elevations are still getting snow. In Vail and Beaver Creek Colorado, there was two feet of fresh powder in two days! This has been a record-breaking year for the resorts in Colorado and Utah and several of the resorts are looking to extend their ski season due to some recent storms that have just dumped fresh powder on them. Most of the Colorado resorts are scheduled to close in just over a week, but with the recent snowfall, they will probably extend the season for another week or two.

Spring skiing is awesome! The temperatures are not as harsh and a majority of the days are blue bird days! There is nothing better than skiing or boarding down a big hill and then taking a break and enjoying a beer on a sun deck in a t-shirt. I wish I were out there right now!
