Coach Richt to visit the troops

Not only is Georgia’s coach good at the X’s and O’s, but also he is a genuinely a good person. He spends his vacations in third world countries doing humanitarian work and now he is going to go visit our troops in the Middle East. Coach Richt will be among several college football coaches that will be visiting military bases in the Middle East in May. The Georgia head coach will join Randy Shannon (Miami), Jack Siedlecki (Yale), Tommy Tuberville (Auburn) and Charlie Weis (Notre Dame) for the May 20-26 trip.

This is just another reason why Coach Richt is a stand up guy and a great role model for his players. Not to mention the fact that he is going to produce a really good football team this year.

Nice job Coach!
