Don’t Go Dawgs!

There is a brand new website out there that all of the Georgia fans need to check out. It is Don’t Go Dawgs.com. This is a fan site that is trying to sway the thoughts of two of Georgia’s best players into staying for one more year and not going to the pros at the end of this season. Those two players are QB Matthew Stafford and running back Knowshon Moreno. You can write a comment stating why they should stay and how much we appreciate them, as well as read all of the other comments to the guys. Currently both players say they haven’t thought about their futures yet, they are both concentrating on beating Tech on November 29th. Which is what I like to hear.

I feel they both are going to be outstanding professional football players, but I also feel that they both could use another year of experience. I think it is going to be tough for both guys to pass up the $$$ of being high draft picks. Stafford is projected to be the first QB taken in this year’s draft and possibly the 1st pick overall. That means big bucks! Moreno is also projected to go high in the first round. If they both come back, they will be front-runners to win the Heisman. It will be interesting to see what they decide. I, along with most of the Bulldog Nation, hope they stick around, but we will just have to wait and see. In the meantime, go to the Don’t Go Dawgs.com site and write some messages to the guys!
