First snow of the year!

I know that most of the country is still dealing with the summer heat and the thought of snow if unimaginable, but there was some snow that fell in the high country of Summit County, Colorado. A few days ago, the residents of Breckenridge, Colorado woke up to a nice dusting of snow in the town and on the nearby peaks. That is crazy! There is still plenty of summer fun to be had up there, but Snow in August is something to talk about! Also, that means that we are getting closer to ski season! Most resorts open in about 75 days! All of that snow has since melted and the temps are back in the 70’s and 80’s, but I am sure it was pretty cool to get snow in August!
