Thrashers to face NHL Champs!

The preseason schedule has come out for the NHL and the Thrashers will get to face the reigning Stanley Cup Champions in the first home game of the year. That means, new coach John Anderson will make his home debut against the Red Wings. That is a tough team to face in your first game in front of the home crowd. Also, that means Marian Hossa will play his first game back in Atlanta since being traded last season. Even though it is only an exhibition game, it should be a good one!

Sept. 26 at St. Louis
Sept. 28 at Detroit
Oct. 1 home against Detroit
Oct. 3 home against Nashville
Oct. 4 home against St. Louis
