Today is the 10th day after Meg’s treatment and that means she has to get her blood tested. The results came back and her white blood cells are right on the line for being OK and dangerous. They are low but not dangerously low like she was last round. Also, her red blood cells have decreased and that explains why she has had no energy the last few days. So to help raise her levels, she will get a couple more Neupogen shots for her white blood cells as well as another Procrit shot for her red blood cells. Along with the shots come more side effects, so she has more bone and joint pain to look forward too! Man, I will be glad when she is done with all of this crap!
This is the place to see my thoughts on life and the world in which I live.
